Sign up for shops who want to participate:
(If you sign up, you must be willing to promote by at least one of the following: donating a prize, hosting or helping with a treasury booth, posting links to social networking sites like facebook and twitter, etc. There are many chances to help, see the full list of things you can sign up for below). Please sign up by posting a comment below and what you are willing to do on July 14th to help promote. Thanks.

--Treasury Booth Hosts - All day BNR's, in shifts of 2 hours; (Need 3 more hosts)
--Need several booth participants willing to be in charge of the raffles for each of the booths to hold drawings for the booth winners (people who shop and buy items would be entered into a raffle and winners chosen) 
-Need people willing to contact their BNR people and invite them to our BNR's
--Need someone willing to post the links to the BNR booths as the links change during the day
--Active participants for the booths, willing to stay and post comments for the 2 hour duration of that booth, promote the link, etc.
--Need several "one hour promoters", willing to post booth links, spread the news where they can about the shops, booths, shop items, etc.
--Several Prize Raffle donations for the BNR's

HELP COLORADO NOW (WILDFIRES)
The second cause is to help people in Colorado who have been affected by wildfires (thanks Jenni), here is the link for how you can help, thanks!

Online Helpers 
(Make buttons and such/promote the event online):
--Post our event banner online / booth advertisement buttons, to blogs, etc
--Make a button for the bazaar that people can put on their blogs, etc
--Make a pdf flyer that team members can print off and take around locally
--Need several "one hour promoters", willing to post booth links, spread the news where they can about the shops, booths, shop items, etc.
--Blog promoters (try to make nonteam members aware of the blog and have them follow)
--Pinterest Promoters (create a mstteam board and pin items from the booths on July 14th)
--Youtube promoter (make videos on your computer of the booths as they are live and post those videos to the team youtube channel)???other ideas???
--Twitter promoters (throughout the day, post tweets to your followers of items featured in the booths, and also booth links as they change)
--Facebook promoters (throughout the day, post messages to your followers of items featured in the booths, and also booth links as they change)

Help Locally (Spread the word):
--Post and/or take flyers around locally that advertise the event 
--Email friends and family the links

Other Helpers:
--Someone willing to be in charge of the "self promotion tent" where shops can promote themselves.... (not sure yet???)

If we get 5 shops to sign up, those shops will get the heck promoted out of them! If we get 25 shops those will also be heavily promoted!

1. Bookishkind (will host a 2 hour team BNR -VINTAGE BOOTH, donate a giveaway prize, post to social networking sites, get people assigned as helpers, will donate the sale of a book item, when it sells to the Arizona food pantry, etc)







2. InfusedDesigns (will host a 2 hour team BNR, donate a raffle prize, post to social networking sites, etc.)

3. WildPaperFlowers (will make printable PDF flyer, blog button people can put on their blogs)

4. ClassyCandlesByMargie (will donate a raffle prize, host a 2 hour BNR and/or Treasury booth, whichever is needed)
 
5. OutsidersWear ( will donate a recyclable, reversable bag for a bnr giveaway prize)
 
6. MrsBrownsBathBakery (will donate a raffle prize for a bnr giveaway, Pinterest Promoter, in charge of charity donations for Arizona church pantry) 
 
7.Mtcrittergear (will donate a raffle prize for a bnr giveaway, put blog button on fb) 
 
8. GaylsGoodies (will donate a raffle prize - handmade jewelry for a bnr giveaway) 
 
9. RoselynnDesigns (will promote to social media sites, comment on BNRs, etc) 
 
10. PerilousPottery will donate a raffle prize - magnet, for a BNR prize giveaway)
 
11. LotusJewels will promote hourly on facebook)

    This sounds like FUN! I will be donate a raffle prize, host a 2 hour BNR and/or Treasury booth, whichever is needed. This will be on-the-job training, but I can do it!

    I'll leave the social media networking to those who know how to do it.

    If you end up with some "holes" in your schedule, I'll be happy to try and fill in some however I can.
